Capital Umbrella is a well-established umbrella company based in London. Some 20 years ago we were contractors who discovered that we really had two routes; form a Limited Company or join an umbrella.
The problem was we didn’t really have the time to be doing a VAT return or compiling accounts, while umbrellas seemed inefficient and costly.
After a years of bad experiences with accountants and umbrellas we decided to form our own umbrella company to help people like us combine the best bits like tax knowledge from accountants and service from umbrellas to create an easy to join Umbrella Company that works hard to reward contractors for their entrepreneurial spirit.
